FAQ

We use semi-synthetic and full synthetic oil for all consumer oil changes.

Synthetic oil is not only refined but also distilled, purified and broken down into its basic molecules. This process not only removes more impurities from the crude oil but also enables individual molecules in the oil to be tailored to the demands of modern engines. These customized molecules provide higher levels of protection and performance than conventional oils. And semi-synthetic oil is mixture of synthetic oil and mineral oil but again provide better level of protection and performance than conventional oil. Synthetic oils provide higher levels of protection and performance, which usually enables longer oil change intervals compared to using conventional oil.

We suggest 5,000 miles between Standard Semi-Synthetic oil changes and 7,500 miles between Full synthetic oil changes. To help you remember, we place an oil change reminder sticker in corner of your windshield upon completion of every oil change. If your car is under warranty, we always recommend to follow factory recommendations or your vehicle’s oil life monitoring system.
